Cooking Methods
Air fry :
1) Set the air fryer to 200°C-220°C.
2) Place pork pieces in the air fryer basket.
3) Cook for 10-14 minutes.
Pan fry :
1) Defrost pork for 5-10 minutes.
2) Put pan on high heat.
3) Pour 2cm oil and heat for 2-3 minutes or until it reaches 180°C.
4) Place pork and cook each side for 3 minutes until crispy outside.
5) Drain fried pork pieces on paper towels as soon as it comes out of the oil.
Sauce :
Place the sauce pack in boiling water and heat for about 2minutes.
How to serve :
Gently mix the sauce and pork pieces together until fully coated and enjoy!
