This geographically designated organic certified Koshihikari rice is grown at the confluence of the Yellow Sea and the Yalu River, where fresh and saltwater meet. Its 172-day long growing season produces a uniquely flavorful rice that surpasses even its origin in Niigata Prefecture, Japan. It has received National Geographical Indication certification; look for the rice's production area in Donggang, Dandong. A rare resource with extremely limited production.
