Fine pork tenderloin is delicate, juicy and rich in texture
The food should be thoroughly defrosted before cooking, and the cooking time will be longer if the food is still frozen or partially frozen.
Cooking method
1. Skillet - When you fry thin pork chops over medium-high to high heat, 2 to 3 minutes on each side is just enough to brown them and cook all the way through. For thicker ribs, brown on both sides, then check the internal temperature with a digital thermometer. It takes 5 to 6 minutes per side to cook completely
2. Cook in the oven - Preheat the oven to 375°, use an oven-capable frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat, then add the pork chops. Fry until golden brown, 4 minutes, turn over and cook for another 4 minutes. Place the skillet in the oven and cook until cooked through (medium at 145°) for 10-12 minutes.
