The selected chicken legs are tender
The food should be thoroughly defrosted before cooking, and the cooking time will be longer if the food is still frozen or partially frozen. This can be cooked in the following ways
1. Skillet - When you fry chicken on medium-high to high heat, 2 to 3 minutes per side is just enough to brown them and cook all the way through. It takes 7 to 10 minutes per side to cook completely
2. Cook in the oven - Preheat the oven to 375° C, add the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, and fry the pan until golden brown, 4 minutes, flip and cook for another 10 minutes. Cook the chicken in the oven (145° medium) for 10-15 minutes.
