CJ Bibigo Vegetable Dumplings (Japchae), also known as 'mandu', boasts a delightful fusion of flavours inspired by the traditional Korean dish. Japchae features stir-fried glass noodles, vegetables, soy sauce and sesame oil, all expertly blended to create a mouthwatering filling. With a vegetable composition of 31%, these dumplings are crafted from cabbage, onion, carrot, leek, shiitake mushroom, wood ear mushroom, king oyster mushroom and garlic. Simply pan fry them by heating a well-oiled fry pan over medium heat for 1 minute, then place the frozen dumplings on the pan and cook for approximately 7 minutes until all sides are golden brown. Alternatively, steam them by adding an appropriate amount of water to a steamer, bringing it to a boil, and then steaming the frozen dumplings for about 7 minutes.
